5 oz pour on tap. Looks like a nitro beer with a large creamy head. Aroma and flavor are dark roasted malts, coffee, and bitter chocolate. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel. A great stout for being just 4.5% abv.

Pours deep brown with just a little light getting through. It has a thin, slightly creamy tan head that just manages to keep on hanging on, with small mostly soapy lacing. The aroma isn't huge but it does have a nice cocoa quality to it with little bits of coffee and smoke. The taste is much the same, but a little more restrained. It is lighter bodied with a little bit carbonation and a dry finish.

Served in 16oz glass on draft. Thin cream colored head with excellent lacing. Muted nose of charcoal. Quite bitter taste but wonderful smooth mouthfeel.
