From the growler bought at the Apple House in Linden, VA, it pours a clear amber with a modest head that slowly reduces to a robust ring and leaves lacing. In the nose, it is Pleasantly malty. In the mouth, it is malty sweet, pretty close to just right, and is smooth. Nice Maibock!
