A: Pours a relatively clear pale to medium yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate straw yellow + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall creamy sudsy bright white head that quickly reduces to a large patch of thin film covering approximately 65% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of bready + grainy malts with a light to moderate amount of corn adjunct sweetness. Minimal aromas of grassy hops. Hints of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of bready + grainy malts with a light to moderate amount of corn adjunct sweetness. That is followed by hints of lager yeast. Finally there is a minimal flavor of grassy hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly.
M: Light bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly soft/creamy with a relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/slightly creamy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with some corn adjunct sweetness and just enough hops to keep it in balance.
