Deep amber color with a frothy off white head that persists.
Bready toffee fruity and caramel maltiness is all wrong for this style, it should be bready crackery toasty with some melanoidin. Call it an amber ale and I'd score it higher the flavors are clean just not right for an Oktoberfest.
