310 ml bottle consumed in Ouro Preto, MG on March 11, 2015. On to the beer:
The beer has a yellow-orange color and not much head on top or lacing. With a strong sense of the smell, I understand that cloves and bananas will not be seen here. Instead, it smells like lemon and husky malt. I'm not wowed by the taste either; a standard wheat base mixed with a note of lemon and bitter grass. The beer is light bodied and crisp, and at least refreshing.
The weissbier is a style which I have found the Brazilians do well. Ouropretana's version is not. Just blah.
