Copenhagen 4/6 2025. 33 cl chubby bottle from N'Bro Kiosken, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. A kneeling, armored Crusader with a huge sword on the label.
Pours clear amber with a big off-white head. Settles as an uneven and lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, melty and sugared odor mingling with alcohol and yeasty fumes. Sweet pale malts, moldy cellar and metallic alcohol.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweet Belgian.
