Had on tap. Wonderful beer on a warmer belgian day on the square. Has plenty of sweet malts, belgian yeasts, and fruit, think the typical cornucopia range. Has interesting texturing on the finish after such smoothness at the beginning, fun. Basic but done well

Very nice Belgian golden/abbey. Drank on tap at Cafe d’r Keffereck in Vaals, NL. Excellent flavor without being too strong (6.5%). Very classic Belgian yeast smell/flavor. Slightly sweet but still crisp.

Had on tap at their supposed brewpub, Brasserie Tuf Tuf.
Nice creamy head of 1 finger, fades slowly with nice lacing, crystal clear blond golden toasty color.
Nose Belgian golden malts, light Belgian yeast, easters, but not fruity really, light straw golden malt, slight hint of hop, semi sweet.
Taste starts with sweet golden malts, toasty blond Belgian malts, little candi syrup and sweet candy flavor, hint of fruity esters, mild grassy earthy hops with increasing bitterness, doesn't have the yeast character I'm used to in Corsendonk since it doesn't have the bottle conditioning, very light booze with all that. For a Belgian blond fairly light but tasty and refreshing without being overbearing in any aspect. Finish is long sticky sryupy maybe it's main low point, otherwise fairly refreshing, mild bitter hops and more Belgian sweet malts lingering.
Mouth is med bod but almost feels lighter, decent carb, hint of booze warmth.
Overall nice beer, crisp and tasty, but doesn't blow me away.

On tap at Lucky Baldwins Trappiste in Pasadena, CA.
Pours a clear gold with a foamy off-white head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, fruits, yeast, and spices. Taste is much the same with a sweet fruity flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty but pretty sweet.
