The label says that this beer is brewed by Blues City Brewing, but the address is the same as Pittsburg Brewing (probably contract brewing). I couldn't find anything else about Blues City online. The color is bright yellow with a small, fizzy head. The smell is typical macro sweetness, with just a bit of what I think is called cooked vegetable aroma, not too bad or strongly offensive. Taste is actually pretty good, taste is sweet and somewhat full. Unfortunately, the taste worsens towards the end of the 40 oz. The label says that this is a pilsener, but I think it might be more of a malt liquor. I'll just put down adjunct lager since I'm not sure. Anyway, this is pretty drinkable and not bad for a convenience store cheapie.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
