Review from 12/19/08. Was lucky enough to find this rare brew at a Penn State party. Pale yellow in color with a fizzy appearance. With hints of rotten blueberry and old urine, you will be lucky to hold your lunch down after a couple of these. Crappy breweries like Bud and Miller use rice and corn instead of malt to cheapen their beer. My guess is that American Ice may use fecal matter.

The beer pours a gold color with a 1/2" white head that quickly fades to lacing. The aroma is average. It has a grainy pale malt scent with some adjuncts and a dry lager yeast aroma. It's light and a bit musty. The taste is average as well. It has a light pale malt flavor that is a bit grainy and contains some residual sweetness. It goes down easy with a dry and slightly bitter finish. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a low bodied beer with good carbonation. This is just another lame ice beer. It lacks any real character, but it drinks well. It's one and done for me.
