Appearance: golden yellow in color with a 1/2" head that breaks apart quickly.
Smell: some light orange citrus and hint of earthiness is all that is detectable.
Taste: caramel, orange, lemon zest, and a mild bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Lightly crisp throughout. Mildly refreshing.
Overall: a middle of the road APA.

Poured into a sample tulip at a Third State release party at Uno's.
Straw colored with a white lace around the top, it collapsed pretty quickly to just a slim line... looked great. The mouthfeel is right on for an APA.
The aroma and flavor are the issue for me, both are muddled, neither has the hop character that I'm looking for in an APA...
