A New England IPA, cloudy as the name implies with Mosaic and Amarillo hops used for both flavoring and aroma coming in at 55 IBU.

A pull of a tap head put 12 ounces of beer in a glass that is now accessible. It's a solid golden amber with just enough head. There's a clean and fresh hop aroma above the glass. Some lacing becomes evident as the head ebbs. Sharp, fresh and clean can best describe the well done hop and malt balance of the taste. This small mirco-brew may not be well known outside of Burlington, NJ, but if ever there, is worth the visit. The beer menu has variety and each version is well crafted.
