Nice easy drinking blonde. 4.7 abv

Bright, clear beer with a beautiful white head. Mild earthy hop aroma. Light on the palate with a sweet honey and corn flavor and a balanced hop presence. Easy to drink, great for hot summer days!

 

Poured a clear golden body with a thin bubbly white head. Overall impression of appearance is of a nice blonde ale, true to form. Scents of highly floral, jasmine-like hops, light earthy sweet notes of alfalfa and light grainy malt and a light sweet malt aroma. Overall impression of aroma is of a light, aromatic beer that is quite appealing. Flavor begins dry and floral with notes of jasmine, Noble hops and alfalfa. Middle gains in dryness picking up further floral hop flavors, light grainy malt and notes of herbal hops and alfalfa. Finish is dry with notes of floral and herbal hops, alfalfa and some grainy malt. Aftertaste is floral and earthy hops. Overall impression of flavor is of a very nice golden ale that is floral and very appealing. Mouthfeel is let bodied with moderate carbonation and a chalky feel. Overall impression of mouthfeel is of a nice golden ale, true to style and nicely light. Overall this is a fantastic golden ale. It is flavorful and light, aromatic and appealing. A very nice example of the style that shines by showing the floral and herbal side of hops.
