TM's latest seasonal IPA hits the mark in many ways. It pours with a wee white head that dissipates into a swirling cloud of foam. The nose is full of malt and a faint leafy essence that hints to the flavor profile. This is an IPA that tends to the earthy evergreen hop profile, but remains true to its malt base. The 7.14% happy sauce is nicely hidden in this well-crafted beer. My pint was drawn from the last keg (alas), but I understand there will be further developments in the IPA department from my hometown brewery.
