Pours a crystal clear golden amber, very rich color, little to no head.
Smell is light, mildly honey sweet and white grape juice.
Taste is tart but not overpowering. Mild sweetness slowly overcome with a very dry astringent flavor. Pear and white wine.
Mouthfeel is dry and crisp. An astringency reminiscent of dry cider and some white wines. Very clean.
Wonderful lambic. Enough sweetness to make the tart finish welcome, a subtle grape flavor that blends well with the light malt bill.
