Pours a vaguely hazy golden yellow with a nearly nonexistent white head.
Smell is fresh and piney, like a conifer forest after a rain in the spring, even has some earthiness in the light bready malt character.
Taste is light and crackery with a bit of a bright grassy note over top of it. Some honey sweetness and some minty/herbal notes. Very mild/mellow overall but the conifery/herbal/minty bit sort of builds as you drink into it.
Mouthfeel is nice, very smooth, low carbonation, clean finish.
Overall this is a fresh and crisp beer, the conifer/mint thing makes it especially refreshing and the low carbonation and very mild bitterness makes it really easy to drink.
