Named after our head brewer’s daughter, the Lily Belle is our southern style IPA. Packed with Citra and Mosaic hops this IPA is surprisingly low on the IBU scale making it a deceptively easy drinking IPA that is clear, refreshing, and loaded with juicy hop flavor.

12 oz can from an Ingles Market near the NC brewery. This "easy drinking IPA" is that, and is more like a fruity pale ale than an American IPA. It has relatively low bitterness with a hop load that allows some bready malts to show. The body is a bit thin but properly (medium) carbonated.

4/27/22 On tap at the most beautiful outside beer garden! Weather was perfect, no crowds due to early part of day mid week.

Pale straw color with good lacing.

Brewer notes hoppy juicy. I would say that mostly describes this. Not up there with a great complex IPA, but decent session-like IPA.
