On tap at the brewery pub in NC.
The excellent appearance of this stout includes a well-sized tan head and a dark reddish-brown body with high clarity.
Aroma. Moderate strength for the style and suggestive of high sweetness.
The Flavor turns out to be bitter-sweet. On the other hand, it is markedly towards the thick, bold, dark, and roasty sides for the style. Distinctive, interesting and worth a stop at the brewery to get off you are nearby.
