Modest head settling to rim bubbles. Leaves a couple of streaks. Dirty dark amber color. Cloudy.
Darker malt beginning -- light toast, not chocolate. No notable hop.
While I get a bit berry sweetness, this is a mostly dry beer. The beer has the light toast flavors as well, just short of nutty. The finish draws out some hop spice leaving a well balanced aftertaste. Moderate to thin body with an above average level of effervescence.
