Cloudy with a white to dirty gold color. Foamy head. Solid initial ring of lace. Longer, wide streaks of lace thereafter.
Banana and cream aroma. Light wheat.
Highly carbonated but with very fine bubbles. The richer body provides balance. This is a superb Hefeweizen, hitting all the right notes. Light banana with a soft wheat flavor. There’s a faint sourness in the swallow which otherwise provides just enough bitterness to leave a near-perfect finish. Simply put, one of the very best Hefeweizens I’ve ever had.
