Amber to light brown color. Definitely a darker “pale” ale. Clear. Extensive spotty lacing from a tiny head.
This smells like an Amber Ale with a touch of Belgian yeast. It’s less aggressive than most Belgian ales.
Good Belgian yeast presence on the initial sip. The flavor is “darker” with some toasted malt. It’s dry. Good body which enhanced by the lower carbonation. The finish brings forward a lower level of bitterness than most Belgian pale ales.
