Poured from the tap.
Pours a hazy deep straw color with one finger of bubbly head.
Aromas are interesting, hops are present but not overly citrusy. Ginger is there also, along with hops.
Taste is equally interesting. First taste is a buttload of ginger seemingly overly done, hops are there on the back end but plays second fiddle to the ginger.
Mouthfeel was very nice, good body.
Overall, this is a well crafted beer although not my favorite from Bindlestick (not a fan of ginger). The alcohol is largely hidden here. The combination of ginger and hops are quite unique and enjoyable, Again it's not my favorite flavor profile but it works and Bindlestick crafted this nicely.
