An absolutely wonderful porter. Little head retention, and slight on aroma with only slightest hints of coffee and dark malt. The mouthfeel is spot on for a porter; not to thick, not to thin, but just right. The flavor is a bit surprising but overall taste is a solid malt backbone but the rye comes through unmistakably in the finish.
