Appearance: Clear brown-amber with an off white head.
Smell: A bit yeasty, caramelized sugar, bready.
Taste: Moderately sweet malt, light caramel, and bread. Just slightly bitter towards the end. Alcohol is not noticeable.
Mouthfeel: Middle of the road thickness and carbonation.
Overall: I like this beer very nicely done although Amber ales are not the most exciting style, and this beer is better than most around Austin. Still, it is a solid beer that is well balanced and no noticeable flaws
