May 2024. On tap. Intense golden color, slightly cloudy but quite clean. Aromas ranging from citrus to resinous herbaceous (little tropical fruit).
Foam of the right amount and consistency, which remains to act as a hat to the beer.
In the mouth you find those citrus hints (grapefruit, blood orange) that flow on a medium and lively carbonated body. The finish is a nice bitterness that makes itself felt on the tongue, leaving room for the citrus hints on the palate.
A well-balanced beer and without many frills. Appreciable that bitter finish that does not leave you indifferent compared to a "modern" offer that increasingly focuses on the explosiveness of the fruit aromas of the hops.

Bright amber, very clean. Ivory colored foam, elegant.
Good hoppy smell, citrusy and piney, then quite a lot of tropical, pineapple.
Godd malty structure that supports the bitterness and tropical and piney notes.
Bitter aftertaste, tropical.
Good.

On tap at Artisan. Clear amber color with beige head. Aroma is malty but also hoppy with resiny notes. Taste follows with resiny hops, orange rind, tea leaves, quite classic west coast profile. Light body with medium carbonation. Decent IPA but a bit out of fashion.
