On the nose immediately mineral notes (which "pinch" the nose a little) and coriander.
Versata has a hazy straw yellow color.
Abundant and soft foam that disappears quickly.
In the mouth very light and drinkable body. Ideal carbonation.
In the mouth there is a nice sapidity given by the salty taste that characterizes the first part of the drink, before leaving room for a taste of coriander that makes the drink "more pleasant" on the palate after having swallowed.
In this case the sour note is really well masked and the predominant scents are the initial salinity and the embrace of coriander on the finish.
Delicate hints of cereal when the beer approaches room temperature.
Very faithful to the original Leipzig style.
