Jungle Juice Brewing "Dentistretti"
1/2 pint on tap at Black Lodge, Firenze, IT
Notes: I like the play on words here. Denti stretti translates as tight teeth, but if you put the two words together they really become tight teeth, and it sounds a little like the word dentistry. It's a hazy golden beneath a short head of creamy white. Aroma of sweetish malt, honey, and orange. Flavor of sweetish wheaty malt, apple, honey, and mild banana. Subtly spicy with Belgian yeast. Its strong bitterness obviously leads to a dry finish with lingering spice and bitterness. Medium-light in body and crisp-then-smooth. Not bad but a touch of of balance.
