APRIL 2022- Sour Ale with passin fruit, cinnamon and ginger.
I've been drinking it for years.
Almost pinchy aroma of passion fruit (I could also say mango ...) and cinnamon in the background.
Light straw, slightly opaque.
No foam.
Compared to what I remember, this one seems to me almost to be in a really very summer version ... a "summer version" .... In the sense that it looks like a real fruit juice with passion fruit
Very light body, almost no carbonation ... it goes down flat and smooth
It goes down just like a fruit juice.
The cinnamon emerges in the background after the beer is a little bit in the glass, but very light in the mouth.
I drank this beer, probably in less cool conditions, in which the acidulous note of the fruit was much more evident and characterizing, changing the sense of the beer.
I drank it in a state of form where I liked it much more, this Fruit Sour is more valid than that.
