AUGUST 2023. 33 cl can.
Drink after taking it out of the fridge and letting it dilute for about 20 minutes.
On the nose the smell of roasting and dark chocolate.
When poured, it releases minimal foam (I would have expected a wider and softer cap, but instead it is little more than a veil).
Impenetrable black color.
In the mouth, a truly light and smooth body, no carbonation, lactose gives softness and a creamy sensation.
The taste is short and passes quickly like drinking this beer.
The main scent is that of coffee with toasted and roasted notes, plus light notes of chocolate and almond which do not leave large aftertaste in the mouth.
The finish is sweet and soft, the lactose used being easily recognisable.
In the mouth there remains a sensation of light overall sweetness, while on the palate very light notes that recall toasting and roasting.
A stylish milk stout, smooth and made to be drunk quickly and without fuss.
Beer not transcendental, but fully in style.
