June 2011: 500 ml bottle, kindly shared by gunnar, as Žatec Premium Tmavé. ABV is 4.3%. Ruby colour, low off-white head. Nice aroma of caramel and butterscotch. Easy drinking. The flavour has notes of brown bread, some caramel but not too sweet. Okay, but not very exciting.

Reddish color, with ruby edges. Light beige colored foam, not too much, but quite beautiful.
Caramel in the smell, overall, and light toasted notes. Not too interesting.
A bit better taste, with toasted and hopped notes, a bit more intense.
Decent taste, but nothing to remember. A bit banal.
Easily drinkable, some interesting point, but, after all, quite banal amongst the czech dark beer.
