NOVEMBER 2023.
More precisely it's a Golden Ale (GLUTEN FREE), hopped with German and American hops, in fact it is very aromatic.
33cl can (€5 from the pub fridge).
Fragrant and fresh aromas of exotic fruit (mango), summer fruit (melon, yellow peach) and ripe orange on the nose.
When poured, it releases an adequate foam of reasonable consistency, which does not disappear on its own but remains as a cap for the beer.
Slightly opaque straw color.
In the mouth, an enveloping taste of peach, apricot but also more exotic reflections (mango). To accompany the dry and pleasantly bitter finish, citrus notes emerge (pink grapefruit and citrus peel). Once drunk I also perceive light notes of cereal.
This taste, so fresh yet balanced and free from excess, conveys the idea of drinking a product in excellent freshness conditions.
Beer with a very light body, in which the carbonation is present but a little subdued, but with a full and fragrant taste: really very tasty and I appreciated a finish that leaves room for a pleasant final bitterness (citric, rather than herbaceous).
