I added this beer; on the brewery's website it is described as unfiltered and unpasturised, so I have classified it as a Keller bier for the purposes of Beer Advocate. Correct me if there is a better style category for this.
Served cool from 500ml brown bottle into pilsner mug.
A) Light amber colour, thin white head / film, slowly rising bubbles. The whole beer is permeated by tiny particles of.... something. Hopefully yeast. I am a keller fan and like unfiltered beers, but the individual particles are visible in this, as opposed to it being a generally hazy beer, and this doesn't look that appetising. The colour is also very pale.
S) Very little; slight hint of bready malt. No yeast odour.
T) Actually ok - medium to light lager malt flavour, nothing coming from hops; almost no bitterness. Again, nothing from the yeast that remains in the beer.
F) Good, high carbonation of fine bubbles and slight acidity. Refreshing.
O) This beer won't change your life, but is a decent to good lager to chug down as you watch TV.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
