Poured on-tap at the brewpub and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a pale, caramel coloring, with a foamy, clingy, off-white head. Nose of subtle caramel and peppery hops. Flavors are sugary and tangy caramel forward, with an off-balanced hops bitterness. A little out of balance. Mid-bodied, with a resinous bitter aftertaste. Smooth, light, dry finish.
