Poured on-tap at the brewpub and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a light brown coloring, slightly opaque, with no head. Nose of subtle hazelnut, cream, and hints of chocolate. Flavors are roasted sweet forward, with chocolate and nut tones. Smooth, light in mouth, with a sugary sweet, almost candy-like aftertaste. Light, slightly cloying finish. Meh.
