Poured on-tap at the brewpub and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, copper-caramel color with no head. Nose of sugary sweet caramel and subtle piney hops. Flavors are resinous bitter forward, with notes of tangy caramel, with apple and sugary undertones. Slightly watery, oily slick feel, with a sugary sweet, roasted, and bitter aftertaste. The finish is light, smooth, and slightly watery.
