A collaboration with our friends at Bright Ideas Brewing. Dry hopped with Hallertau Blanc and StyrianDragon this is a devilishly crisp ale.

Poured from a pint can into a pint glass. One fingered white head, minimal lacing. The body of the beer was golden yellow in hue. Mild malt aroma. First sip has a crisp, slightly bitter taste of the Hallertau Blanc and Stryian Dragon hops the with a bit of the Belgian yeast 'bread' flavor. Good mouth feel, clean finish. Nice collaborative effort between BLDG 8 and Bright Ideas.
