No can date
Pours a large frothy thick creamy 2 finger brown head with great retention, thick thick lacing, jet black color
Nose brings tons of sweet maple, big vanilla, coffee, some sweet to semi-sweet chocolate, baking chocolate, rich vanilla ice cream, smooth nutty coffee, a touch of roast, most of the base beer has been lost
Taste comes on sweet again, big maple and vanilla right away, vanilla almost seems artificial since it's so much, but in the end big rich vanilla and vanilla candy, maple creams, creamy chocolate oatmeal but a sweet to semi sweet chocolate as well, some caramel candy, nutty coffee, French vanilla coffee, some bitter spicy hops late, sticky sweet finish
Mouth is fuller bod, fair creamy rich chewy like, med to a bit higher frothy carb, no alcohol warmth
Overall not a big fan of this one, the base Imperial Stout which was a nice beer is basically gone, it's all sweet maple and vanilla with a bit more of the additions, tastes too sweet and a little artificial like, not that great unfortunately
