from the bottle. poured a dark mahagony with a light tan head. aroma cheeries, brown sugar, malts, chocolate, dark fruits. flavorthe brown sugar comes out first, than a hint of sourness, malts, fruity with a nice hop dryness, nutty. good beer. easy drinking

Dark clear reddish brown in color with a small white head that doesn't last long, not much in lacing either. Bready and nutty aromas, starts sweet and bready with some caramel and nutty flavors, medium bodied, with a thick and semi-syrupy mouthfeel, finishes smooth and sweet.

Yet another good beer from Stoney Creek. This brewery is really starting to impress me. The Dunkel pours out to a nice, dark, amber to black color in the glass with a very, slight head. Taste is quite malty and slightly sweet. A very, easy to drink dunkel and a beer that would go over with the macro set.

When this beer was poured into my glass, this beer unfortunately had a quick dissolving head. There was very little lacing with this beer on the sides of my glass. The hue was dark red. This beer had a mouthfeel that was fairly smooth in my opinion. All in all not a bad beer, but at the same time I was not overly impressed by it either.

This is a very estery dark wheat lager. The amount of banana flavor kind of ruin what could be a solid beer. The body was not much heavier than a Helles Lager. Disappointing.
