Our Kolsch-style ale. Traditionally brewed only in Cologne Germany, this pale colored ale has a slightly crisper hop character than is found in many of the pale German lagers. You will find yourself enjoying the sweet & vinous flavors of the malt and a perfectly dry finish, all combining for the perfect summer thirst quencher

HOPS: Sterling & Spalt Spalter
MALT: Pilsner & Wheat Malt

A nice, light ale. My first beer from this brewery. Poured from a 16 oz. can into a Pilsner glass, this beer features a clear, light gold color, a medium sized foamy white head and thin bands of lacing and some patchy spots throughout the glass. Aroma and taste feature light biscuity malt and a white wine/wine grape vinous quality. Bitterness level is minimal. Mouthfeel is crisp and light. A good summertime thirst quencher or with a meal. Light enough to be sessionable.

On tap at brewery:
A clear golden with a nice white head that is aided to near perfection by the etched bottom of the glass.

Nose is a light bread malt with a light aroma of white wine. Taste starts with the malts and a light sweetness. A very light fruit blossom note joins is and lingers. A bit of white grape, with just a touch of acidity joins in, and a neutral bitterness evens out things.

A bit on the sweet side of balanced, but a nice light offering.
