16 ounce draft pour into a nonic pint glass at the brewery.
L: Dark brown with cola brown highlights. Half inch light khaki head, foam is persistent, very creamy and leaves thin sheets of lace.
S: Mild, sweet indicating aromas of rich caramel and bready malts.
T: Moderately sweet caramel malt and bread crust flavor to open, mild roasted malt and woody hops standing up at the semi-dry and medium bitter finish.
F: Medium-weight frothy body, medium-high carbonation.
O: Nice balance of sweet-bitter, leaves me wanting a second pour.
