Collaboration with Field House Brewing Co., Old Yale Brewing Co. and Trading Post Brewing
Four breweries coming together makes for an exciting experience. Three hop varieties (Vic Secret, El Dorado, Cashmere), three Kveik yeast strains (Aurora, Oslo, Voss) and the wonders of microbiology produced this unique Triple IPA. Tropical fruit, citrus rind and an almost Belgian character contribute to making this big, hoppy, IPA worthy of representing the Valley Of Beer.

Field House/Old Yale/Ravens/Trading Post 'Valley of Beer' Triple IPA @ 9.0% , served from a 473 ml can
A-pour is gold from the can to a hazy gold in the glass with a medium white head leaving a spotty lace ring along the Spiegelau
S-smell of the three hops
T-taste of the three Kveik yeast
MF-ok carbonation , full bodied
Ov-NE DIPA meets Belgium , hmm
