Appearance - Pours a hazy peach hue with two fingers of effervescent white head that fizzles down quickly.
Smell - Tart tropical fruit (pineapple, orange, guava, passionfruit), spicy and citrus hops, spicy yeast, bready malts with caramel, notes of coriander.
Taste - Starts with the tropical fruits (classic P.O.G. combination), followed by spicy and floral hops, and balanced out with bready malts. Not as tart or sweet as the aroma would suggest.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate-to-high carbonation. A little watery, but in a refreshing way.
Overall - This brew is a great alternative to the hazy/NEIPA style, when you want some tropical fruit flavour without drinking a straight up juice box. Well balanced and not too cloying despite the sweet fruit combo.
