Dry cherry stout - IBU 35.
Pours opaque black with catastrophical lack of head, some tan bubbles, joyfully running to nothing. Smell is weak, roasted with cherry liquor undertones. Taste is skinny, fortunately dry, body is bland, medium carbonation. Diagnosis - absence of cherry, of body, of character.
