Tan crust over amber. 3.75
Lots of wax (?) and lots of spice. 3.75
Stroopwafel, lots of resin, some definite phenols, rye spice, and dank citrus rind. 3.5
Almost medium, sticky, clingy. 3.75
Amarillo, Citra, Galaxy
Rye, yes; Galaxy, no; off, maybe. Cloves for certain, and maybe some brown paper, too. F&W are a gypsy brewer, so I can only speculate that there are problems in the brewhouse. Big hops, but big questions, too. 3.5
