Poured from a 650ml bottle into my IPA glass. This is a Collaboration with Nine O'Clock Gun Brewery. 72 IBU
A: Pours a golden amber but unfiltered with a with head that goes fast and leaves some lacing behind.
S: Nice citrus and floral nose from the hops.
T: Hops are there first a crisp pine citrus finish not to sweet at all for me.
F: Nice body on this one good carbonation malts and hops work.
O: I like this one a nice Collaboration IPA.

Got on trade! 650ml bottle served at 4deg C in a draught glass
A- Opens well and pours a 1" high white head that is gone within 2mins or so. Medium to slightly dark gold colour and unfiltered.
S- Nice hops and malt. Slight citrus
T- Has a DIPA direction going for it. Touch sickly sweet. Gotta watch this one as the heat is missing and you can go too quick if you don't watch. If they turn this to a DIPA I don't want it. The heaviness would just be overpowering so you can tell this is not a light brew
M- Sticky and sweet. DIPA like
O- This is a nice brew. Has a good malt and hop base with a ton of sugar. Typical DIPA. Not a bad brew but will not go looking for it any time soon.
Food Pairing
This nice big sugary brew went well with....... Tandoori chicken and butter chicken both with basmati rice on the side. I like to go hard with the coriander.
Enjoy!!

7% abv, 72 ibu, 650ml bottle (from the brewery).
A - clear golden orange with one finger head, lacing.
S - really sweet on nose, melon, peach, mango, tropical fruit, citrus, piney, earthy, bready. dried apricot, raisin, caramel, as it gets warmer.
T - mild carbonation, smooth, medium body. pleasant that not as sweet as the nose suggests, little tart, like tangerine, coating sweetness; malty, resiny came balance out, seem a bit heavy on that, followed by just right bitterness, lingering. finished out dry.
O - really delicious! fruity nose, smooth medium body, complex layering flavors, great blend of hop varieties. this beer aint weird at all, but solely delicious!! recommend, and i m going to get it again!!
