Color is a pretty looking mauve with orange highlights to it, looks Hazy with big chunks of sediment floating in it, pours with two fingers of light and foamy, rose colored head that has very poor retention to it and leaves a thin runny lacing.
Quite a tart aroma to it, Nice berry notes and a sour lactic acid tang.
Pretty tart forward but with a great, sweet and fruity Saskatoon flavor to it, some hints of berry pie filling and an odd slightly funky choke cherry flavor on the back of the tongue.
Light bodied with a pretty high amount of carbonation to it, lightly wheaty malt with a bit of sour lactic acid to it.
Finish has almost no hop flavor to it at all, maybe ghostly hints of weedy hops a some faint tannin notes to it leaving a tangy Saskatoon aftertaste that lingers on the palate with very faint hints of alcohol to it.
