Part of their Experimental IPA series of brews.
Appearance - Pours a hazy gold with four fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus, floral, hint of piney and grassy hops, citrus and orange peel, grapefruit peel, fruity esters of banana, pear, and apple, hint of pine resin, bready malts, and spicy belgian earthy yeast.
Taste - citrus, floral, and hint of piney and grassy hops upfront. The citrus and orange peel, grapefruit peel, and fruity esters of banana, pear, and apple come through next. The hint of pine resin, bready malts, and spicy belgian earthy yeast finish the brew off.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes with a pleasant stickiness alongside the fruity esters and hops lingering,
Overall - A standout of a Belgian IPA that delivers on all fronts. A must try if you come across this.
