Of course it isn’t actually beer but that would be ok if it was good and it really isn’t. The rose has a bit too much punch to it for it to be refreshing.

Appearance: Pours a clear rose color with a massive mauve head that steadily fritters away; no meaningful lacing
Smell: Floral and lactic tones with a discernable level of salt
Taste: Tart, from the outset with a very lactic floral aspect; after the swallow, the salt appears in a somewhat pronounced fashion
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with moderate to high carbonation; tingly
Overall: A nice Gose that brings the salt and is complemented by the floral elements
