Green Gables is an East Coast style IPA brewed with AZ grown Viognier wine grapes alongside lots and lots of oats and wheat. A small amount of Simcoe was added early in the boil for a mellow bitterness while we added copious amounts of Rakau and Southern Cross in the whirlpool and dry hop for a earth, pine and spice flavor profile.
