Moon Flower is a 5.6% semi-small wheat IPA, but don’t be fooled, this lil guy has huge flavor. Brewed with North American Pale & Pils malts as well as flaked white wheat. Whirlpool hopped with subtle amounts of Galaxy to build a nice tropical base. We then dry hopped at a rate of 3.6lb/bbl utilizing equal amounts of Vic Secret, Mosaic, and Mandarina Bavaria. Aroma is deep resinous pineapple candy, fresh squeeze OJ from the farmers market, and stonefruit orchards.
