Pours a cloudy yellow gold color with a bone white one finger head that leaves nice rings. Aroma is moderate with orange and grapefruit notes and a hint of sweetness. Flavor is similar with a mellow orange and grapefruit mix along with a touch of malt. Light to moderate bitterness and a soft mouthfeel give it that true NEIPA feel. It is not as dense as some out in New England but the orange flavor makes it most of the way there. A great take on the style from an area just not achieving it yet. This beer deserves a better rating for its style. I've had way worse NEIPAs that rate better than this.
